Biography

Graeme Topham holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a registered professional engineer in South Africa and his experience includes 27 years in the field of power system protection. Graeme is currently Corporate Consultant (Protection) in the
Engineering Department of Eskom Enterprises and is the South African member of Cigré Study Committee B5.
