COPA-DATA releases the new version 10 of the zenon Software Platform, serving a broad menu of new features. Focusing on cyber security, the introduction of TLS based encryption and secure authentication features according to IEC 62351 has been completed for important protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104 and ICCP/TASE.2. Protocol gateway configuration has been integrated into the zenon Engineering Studio, which makes data modeling and protocol conversion straight and easy.
An additional connectivity option has been introduced for OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and an open .NET connectivity API allows to integrate custom IoT protocols for further digitalization.
